Collection

Collection of your cake can be made up to 3 days prior to your special occasion date depending on the design...a mutual date and time can be agreed closer to the occasion date.

Cakes will be provided in a sturdy box, accompanied by a Sugary Cake Information sheet containing any allergy advice (if applicable), detailing any non-edible decorations (i.e. wired sugar flowers, ribbon) and set up information.
 
It is recommended that if you choose to collect your cake that you should make sure that the boot/storage space of your vehicle is empty, to avoid any items crushing or falling on top of the cake boxes. Your boot/storage space should also be lined with a rug and some cushions in order to try and prevent the boxes sliding around.
 
Please note that collection is at your own risk and that Sugary Crumbs will not be liable for any damage to the cake once the cake has left Sugary Crumbs premises.

Delivery of your cake can be arranged on the day of your special occasion.

Cost of delivery is £0.80p per mile, this is for a round trip from our studio to your venue and back to our studio - cakes can be delivered within 35 miles of High Wycombe, J4 of the M40, if the distance is further please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Should you require your cake to be set up this will be an additional charge of £15.00.

It is beneficial to arrange a mutual time for us to come and set the cake up, with your florist, especially if you are having fresh flowers as decoration on your cake.

If your wedding venue is supplying your cake stand and/or cake knife, we suggest that you or your wedding planner confirm this with them. It has been known for some venues to "forget" about these items.

We would also suggest that you or your wedding planner confirm with the venue, where your cake will be placed. Obviously, you want your cake to be a main attraction on your special day - we advise that you do not position your cake near entrances/exits or bar area, where it may be damaged.
 
Please note that once delivery and set up has been completed, Sugary Crumbs will not be liable for any damage made to the cake by third parties.
