Q: Where is Sugary Crumbs based ?

A: Sugary Crumbs is based at 33 Marlow Road, High Wycombe, Bucks HP11 1TA, just off J4 of the M40...

Q: Do you bake and decorate the cake ?
A: Absolutely!!! All Sugary Crumbs cakes are home baked and hand decorated. We never pre-freeze cakes to use at a later date, buy packet mixes or buy-in bakery made cakes.

Q: How long before my occasion should I order my cake ?
A: We ask for as much notice as possible especially if ordering a sumptuous fruit cake as it needs
at least 3 months to mature. However last minute orders may be taken dependant on our diary, so please
contact us and we can see what we can do...

Q: Do your cakes contain nuts ?
A: Our Sumptuous Fruit Cake contains almonds and our Tantalizing Carrot Cake contains walnuts, however these can be omitted if you so wish.
Our other cakes do not contain nuts but are made in a kitchen where nuts can be found, therefore there maybe traces...
 
Q: What size cakes do you do ?
A: From a cupcake to a 12" cake.
Please get in touch should you need a larger cake and we will see what we can do...
 
Q: How much will my cake cost ?
A: Each cake is unique and bespoke, therefore prices will be quoted accordingly...
 
Q: When can I come and collect my cake ?
A: Please see our collection information...
 
Q: Can you deliver and set up my cake
A: Please see our delivery and set up information...
 
Q: Is there a deposit when I place the order for my cake ?
A: Yes, upon placing the order a 25% deposit of the total cost of the cake is required,
this is non-refundable...
 
Q: When is the balance due on my cake order ?
A: The remaining balance should be paid 2 weeks prior to the date of your occasion...

Q: How can I pay ?
A: We accept cash and cheques, made payable to "Sugary Crumbs Ltd". Or payment by card can be made at our shop.
 
Q: Can I come and visit you to talk about my cake, colours, themes and design ?
A: Absolutely!!! We offer a non obligation consultation to all our customers. Please contact us to book an appointment.

Q: When do you have your consultations ?
A: Weekday evenings from 7.00pm onwards and Saturday's (dependant on deliveries).

Q: I have booked an appointment to see you but I cannot make it. What should I do ?
A: Just contact us and let us know you cannot keep the appointment. We can always arrange another appointment.

Q: My mum/friend would like to make the base of my wedding cake so I would just like it iced and
decorated - can you do this ?
A: Unfortunately we do not provide this service.
