Portion Guide
The guide below is based on the following size pieces:
Vanilla Sponge, Chocolate Cake or Carrot Cake 2" x 1" Slice
Fruit Cake 1" x 1" Slice
Please note that the portion numbers below are given as a guide only, as it does depend on how you or your venue cut your cake to how many pieces you have.
"Vanilla Sponge" information also refers to Chocolate Cake and Carrot Cake.
